Check in: between 15 and 20 p.m. ( flexible, depending on occupancy).
Check out: until 11 a.m. ( flexible, depending on occupancy).
Cancellation policy: From two month before reservation date 50% of the costs will be charged. Cancellation after that period is not possible. If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, there will be no refund. We recommend to take a cancellation insurance. If the owner cancels the reservation in advance, the guest shall be entitled to a full refund of the advance payments already made. In case of force majeure, the consumer or owner can terminate the contract without having to pay any compensation.
Payment: By bank transfer at reservation. An advance of 50% will be asked; the remaining sum has to be paid two moths before the arrival date.
